Staff at the hotel were excellent and very helpful. The bar food was very good and the staff worked very professionally, despite it being busy. Breakfast had lots of options and the food tasted good. The hotel offers live music on Saturday evenings, and it was great.
The hotel lacked crayons for the kids coloring page. I asked the waitress twice to bring some, and she never returned with any. Another waitress then informed me that the supply room was not open on Sunday.

The reception staff greeted guests in a kind manner and took care of their needs. The service at the bar was quick and attentive. The breakfast service was efficient, and staff replenished the buffet items quickly.

i stayed for a good few days. the breakfast was good. the staff was so kind to me. the rooms were very clean.
i found the service was pretty slow. the tv didn't work in the only bar open. it closed early at 11:30pm. it was not good as there were no options after that.

our beautiful king room was a highlight, especially the balcony, it offered lovely views. the king bed was particularly comfortable, ensuring a restful night. i appreciated the size of the room. the hotel's grand, well-kept areas added to the experience.
The breakfast experience was slightly disorganized. We had to find a seat ourselves.

the tv wasn't as advertised. i could not use personal netflix as advertised. this was disappointing. i came for a relaxing stay hoping to chill in my room.
